Patient Info
Before: 16 year old female, bothered by the bump (dorsal hump) on the bridge of her nose, and the disproportionate width of her nostrils compared to the pinched appearance of her nasal bridge. She also wanted nasal tip refinement and less flaring of her nostrils
After: 9 months after closed rhinoplasty. A more balanced tip to bridge appearance was accomplished by refining her nasal tip via reshaping the cartilages rather than removing them along with tip grafting and narrowing of her nostrils thru in conspicuously placed nostril incisions. In addition, the bridge of her nose was widened via spreader cartilage grafting, from her nasal septum. On profile view you can see that her bump has been smoothed out for a more pleasing yet natural profile and her nasal tip has been slightly rotated upward for a more feminine appearance
