Stephanie is a board-certified Physician Associate specializing in full facial and body rejuvenation using Botox, dermal fillers, biostimulators (Sculptra, hyperdilute Radiesse, PRP, PDGF), lasers, microneedling, and non-surgical body contouring. In addition to rejuvenation and beautification, Stephanie also specializes in scar revision and hair loss treatments.
As the Clinical Lead, Stephanie oversees the Medical Spa and participates in the development of all treatment plans. She is a clinical trainer for Rubinstein Aesthetic Training Specialists as well as a national trainer and speaker for Allergan Aesthetics. She has spent years working side by side with master injector Ran Rubinstein and is certified on the most advanced injection techniques. Stephanie regularly attends conferences and training seminars to bring the latest knowledge and skills to her patients and trainees.
Stephanie graduated first in her class from the Mercy College PA Program with a 4.0 GPA. She received the Academic Excellence Award and was inducted into the Pi Alpha Honor Society and Alpha Eta National Scholastic Honor Society for the Allied Health Professions. She also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from SUNY Geneseo and spent several years working as a Research Scientist in the medical field. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, interior design, traveling, and spending time with her husband and children. She brings her affinity for creativity and keen artistic eye to every consultation. Stephanie’s primary focus is working with patients to develop the optimal treatment plan to achieve their aesthetic goals.
Amanda Cordero
Medical Esthetician
Amanda is a Licensed Medical Esthetician. Her work is focused on creating patient confidence by offering an advanced medical grade approach along with corrective skincare and body treatments. Amanda specializes in chemical peels, SkinPen Microneedling, laser hair removal, HydraFacial, as well as body contouring, such as Coolsculpting and Emsculpt. Amanda’s passion for skincare, both products and treatments, has brought her here to serve the patients at LCSS.
Meghan Kehoe

Meghan is a Licensed Medical Esthetician with a passion for skincare and a dedication to enhancing natural beauty. She is committed to helping patients feel confident and radiant in their skin by combining advanced medical grade treatments along with corrective skincare. Meghan specializes in HydraFacials, chemical peels, and laser hair removal.
In her free time, Meghan loves drinking Starbies, going on adventures with her pup, working out in the gym, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. She is always eager to learn new techniques and makes it a priority to stay current with the latest trends. Meghan is passionate about continuing her education and ensuring that every patient receives the highest level of care.
Gabrielle Vredenburg
Medical Assistant
Our Medical Assistant Gabby has been working with our team since 2021. Gabby’s passion for patient care and attention to detail has brought her here to serve patients at both our Newburgh, NY and Montvale, NJ offices. She assists our providers during treatments, suture removal, and serves as the Circulator on our surgical team. Gabby is pursuing a Nursing degree from Rockland Community College. She chose the Nursing profession to guide people in times of uncertainty through compassion and education. Gabby is excited to advance further into her career bringing her passion for the Nursing profession into aesthetic medicine to help patients accomplish their aesthetic goals. When Gabby isn’t in the office, she can be found hiking with her dog or spending time with family and friends.
Tara Boersma
Billing & OBS Supervisor
Tara brings over 20 years of medical administration experience to Laser & Cosmetic Surgery Specialists. She is in charge of running our state of the art office based surgery suite and assists in scheduling surgeries. As the billing supervisor, Tara oversees all aspects of the office billing to make sure that your office/surgical experience is a pleasant one.
