Patient with dorsal hump (bump on bridge) and bulbous nasal tip. One year after rhinoplasty, closed approach. Hump was reduced, tip elevated and refined. Due to thicker skin, the degree of tip refinement is limited and relies more on cartilage grafting (addition) and reshaping than removal.
