Before: 26 year old bothered by bulbous droopy tip more pronounced with smiling. Also breathing difficulties thru her nose.
After: One year post closed rhinoplasty. Our patient was so happy with her natural results. She is no longer self-conscious about her nose. Her breathing was also restored at the same time via correcting a deviated septum and collapse of her internal nasal valves.
