This 62 year old woman is 5'5" tall and weighs 127 pounds. She has 3 children. She came into see me with concerns about the shape of her body after having children. Specifically she did not like the appearance of her abdomen and breasts. She had excess skin, stomach fat, and the muscle spread (diastasis) of her stomach. Her bra size was an B cup. She had a submuscular silicone implant placed through an inframammary fold incision. The implant is a 275 cc moderate profile plus. She is now a C cup. She also had an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) done.The photo is taken 10 months after surgery.
