This 37 year old woman is 5'4" tall and weighs 150 pounds. She has 2 children. She came into see me with concerns about the shape of her body after having children. Specifically she did not like the appearance of her abdomen and breasts. She had excess skin, stomach fat, and the muscle spread (diastasis) of her stomach. Her bra size was an B cup and she had some early droop of her nipple. She had a submuscular silicone implant placed through a circumareolar incision and lift around the areola( Benelli). The implant is a 300 cc moderate profile plus. She is now a C cup. She also had an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) done.The photo is taken 1 year after surgery.
