This 60 year old woman is 5'6" tall and weighs 174 pounds. She has 2 children. She came into see me with concerns about the shape of her body after having children. Specifically she did not like the appearance of her abdomen and breasts. She had excess skin, stomach fat, and the muscle spread (diastasis) of her stomach. Her bra size was an B cup. She had a Wise pattern ( upside down "T") mastopexy (breast lift) performed. She also had an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) done.The photo is taken 6 months after surgery.
