This 45 year old woman is 5'4" tall and weighs 132 pounds. She has 3 children. She came into see me with concerns about the shape of her body after having children. Specifically she did not like the appearance of her abdomen and breasts. She had excess skin, stomach fat, and the muscle spread (diastasis) of her stomach. Her bra size was a B cup. She had a mastopexy ( breast lift) with a Wise pattern (upside down "T") performed. She is still a B cup. She also had an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) done.The photo is taken 13 months after surgery.
