Before procedure this patient had neck and jaw line skin laxity as well as volume excess. She is ideally suited for a lower face lift. The patient wasn’t prepared for the expense and downtime and didn’t want anesthesia. She also wanted skin rejuvenation. After pictures show the patient 6 months after Smart Lipo Tripex. Further contouring was accomplished by treating her pre and post operatively with a series of Sculptra injections which will provide her with long lasting volume under her eyes and cheeks. Additional skin tightening and decrease in sun damage was accomplished by a single Fractional CO2 Laser resurfacing treatment, at the same time as the Smart Lipo.
