Facial rebalancing especially in the lower part of the face can have a profound impact on natural facial proportions. Our patient is 6 months post extended deep plane facelift and lip lift. An elongated droopy upper lip can create facial disharmony resulting in an imbalance in the lower 1/3 of the face proportions vs the upper 2/3. A lip lift has rebalanced her facial appearance & exponentially enhanced the rejuvenation results of her facelift. Lip lift surgery can be performed as a stand a lone procedure under local anesthesia.
