Procedure Description:
Our 45-year-old patient wanted a more tapered appearance to her cheek and a defined neck and jaw line. She has been unable to lose weight. She was so happy 3 months after her buccal fat pad reduction surgery. This has had a sliming effect on her cheeks. She also underwent a deep plane neck lift. Both surgeries were accomplished thru a small incision under her chin and two small ones inside her mouth in the cheek area.
