Newburgh – Nearly 100 patients, friends, and curious visitors joined Dr. Ran Rubinstein to celebrate the grand opening of his new dual practice office, Laser & Cosmetic Surgery Specialists, PC and ENT, Allergy & Sinus Practice during an open house and ribbon-cutting ceremony recently.

The new location, at 200 Stony Brook Court, Newburgh, in the former Provident Bank building, has undergone a total transformation. Completely renovated and meticulously planned from the floor up, the offices of Laser & Cosmetic Surgery Specialists, PC and ENT, Allergy & Sinus Practice provide for the patients’ care, comfort, and convenience every step of the way.

The 4,000 sq. ft. location features seven beautifully-appointed treatment rooms outfitted to meet the unique needs of Dr. Rubinstein’s varied clientele. The contemporary décor and attentive staff enhance the patient experience, helping visitors feel warm and welcome. Three separate entrances and waiting rooms provide for increased patient privacy.

In welcoming guests to the open house Dr. Rubinstein said, "My staff and I are proud to celebrate the grand opening of our new offices. For more than a year, we have carefully planned every detail to ensure that patients receive state-of-the-art care and New York City-level expertise, right here in the Hudson Valley."

"And we’re not done yet," Rubinstein continued, "this winter the surgical suite will undergo Joint Commission review for accreditation so that patients can take confidence in knowing they are receiving the highest level of quality care when they come to us."

Visitor reaction to the new offices was overwhelmingly positive. "I’ve visited physician offices up and down the east coast," said Matt Eldfeldt, from Greer labs, a leading supplier of allergy immunotherapy testing and treatment. "I’ve never seen an office as beautiful and classy as this – it’s incredible."

Dr. Rubinstein has been practicing in the Hudson Valley for more than 10 years and specializes in facial plastic surgery, nasal, sinus issues, and allergies. He uniquely combines his medical and surgical expertise to help patients feel better and look better. He holds dual board-certification from the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and is an Assistant Professor at New York Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. He has privileges at Orange Regional Medical Center, Fishkill Ambulatory Surgery Center, and Columbia Presbyterian Hospital.
