Dr. Ran Rubinstein, ENT Certified
Dr. Ran Rubinstein has been practicing in the Hudson Valley for more than 10 years. He brings the sophistication and expertise of Manhattan-level care to the convenience of the Hudson Valley. Dr. Rubinstein carries dual board-certification, specializing in facial plastic surgery, nasal and sinus issues, and allergies. He uniquely combines his medical and surgical expertise to help patients feel better and look better.
Dr. Rubinstein has privileges at Orange Regional Medical Center, Fishkill Ambulatory Surgery Center, and New York Presbyterian Hospital. He is also an assistant professor at the prestigious Columbia – New York Presbyterian Hospital where he plays an active role in educating future facial plastic surgeons. Additionally, Dr. Rubinstein has been selected for his skill and expertise to be an educator and trainer in advanced injection methods for Allergan, Bioform Medical, Medicis, and Sanofi Aventis.
To reach this remarkable level of care and expertise, Dr. Rubinstein completed many years of advanced training. He received his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and completed a five year residency in otolaryngology/head and neck surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry at New Jersey and went on to complete an intensive fellowship training in Facial Plastic Surgery at the University of South Florida in Tampa. Additionally, he has completed the rigorous requirements and testing necessary for Board Certifications in Facial Plastic Surgery, ENT, and Allergies.
Dr. Ran Y. Rubinstein, a facial plastic surgeon also holds board certifications in ENT (ear, nose and throat) and otolaryngic allergy. He is an assistant professor at New York Presbyterian Hospital, where he trains future surgeons in the latest facial plastic and sinus surgery techniques.

Allergy Testing
Allergy testing is completed in 1 or 2 appointments:
Appointment 1: Patients receive an allergy skin test for indoor, outdoor and airborne allergens.
Appointment 2: The second segment of the allergy testing may or may not be done on the first appointment. This segment includes an intradermal skin test. This testing is done by injecting, with a tiny needle, a small amount of allergen just underneath the surface of the skin.
